(Another) Habit Tracker

Offline and annoying by design.

Picks the topic, harasses me until it's done, blocks my doomscrolling. Nothing did all three, so I built it.

Every tracker I tried would happily count my days. None of them told me what to study, and none got properly annoying late at night. So I built one that does both: it picks the topic, nags until the session is logged, and keeps the score.
